	2.	Receiving records	If records missing or invalid, officials receivedguidance documents for applicants remake.
	3.	Consider and resolve	Vietnam representative agencies abroad to examine and evaluate the dossier: – If the dossier complete and valid,representative agencies grant written certification of citizen registration. – Where the request for registration of citizens who have no proof of nationality Vietnam orneed to check and verify the authenticity ofsuch documents, the Agency representativesconduct verification with the authoritiescapacity at home and abroad.
	4.	Returns results	Diplomatic missions result to the applicant at the headquarters of diplomatic missions or by mail.
